I am GDPR compliant and will never share your data unless required to do so by law. I only work with companies who are also GDPR compliant, effective from May 18th 2018.
Your Personal Information:
I collect your name, address, email, contact number (if provided) and details of your order (including notes left for me). I require this information to process your order, contact you about your order and dispatch your order.
You are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information that we hold. Email your request to our email@example.com

As part of the registration process for our e-newsletter and when you place an order online, I collect personal information. I use that information for a few reasons: subscriber only sales; to tell you about stuff you’ve asked us to tell you about; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied. By signing up to my newsletter you will automatically be entered into a Subscriber-only Silent Raffle each month. There are no cash alternatives to this raffle. I don't rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.
I use MailChimp, a third-party provider to deliver my newsletter. I gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help me monitor and improve my e-newsletter. For more information, please see MailChimp’s privacy notice. You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time of the day or night by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of my emails or by emailing us through the online contact form on our website.

Returns and Refunds Policies:
My items are handmade and will almost certainly vary from the images shown and be unique.
They are also susceptible to wear and tear from general use.
Please note that: I cannot accept returns on any seconds or sale items.
Please follow the care instructions provided with your wipes/items or email me via the contact form or at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions or would like to raise a complaint or return your item.
In order to process a replacement or refund we require the item to be returned to us, within 4 weeks of purchase. You will be responsible for the return postage. I advise using a recorded service for this, if I don't receive the return I cannot issue a refund.
Lead-time & Shipping Policies:
Current lead-time is between 1-4 weeks as everything is made to order by me, unless otherwise stated. If you need your item sooner than this, please contact me ahead of ordering and I'll do whatever I can to accommodate your request.
All items are send standard 2nd Class RM unless otherwise stated/agreed.
If your order is large or won't logistically fit in my postbox sized boxes, I'll split your order into as many packages needed to avoid the post office. Please also note that I'm home-schooling and its a juggle and that all post is taking longer to get places. This includes supplies coming into me as well as goodies coming out to you. But rest assured I'm working super hard to get your goodies out to you. Thank you so much!
